We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use safaa.health and our services, and how we use and protect it.

Who we are

The site is operated by Safaa Diet & Wellness FZCO, IFZA licence no. 77267, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
• Payment data: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, only a record of the order (amount, date and program).
• Booking data: when you book a session through Calendly we receive your name, email and the session time.
• Health information: what you share with us during consultations and follow-up (such as weight, eating habits and health conditions) so we can prepare your plan.
• Usage data: we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect login forms from bots.

How we use your data

• To deliver the programs, consultations and follow-up you signed up for.
• To create your account, manage your subscription and send invoices and account emails.
• To answer your questions on WhatsApp or by email.
• To improve the site and protect it from misuse.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Calendly (bookings), Google (analytics and reCAPTCHA) and our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose it where the law requires.

Confidentiality of health information

Your health information is kept strictly confidential and is seen only by the nutritionist supervising your program.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and form protection, and analytics cookies from Google. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work properly.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active, or as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Data is protected by an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop marketing messages, by emailing info@safaa.health.
