By using safaa.health or joining one of our programs you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service provider

Services are provided by Safaa Diet & Wellness FZCO, IFZA licence no. 77267, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The service

We provide online nutrition consultations, programs and follow-up (by video call and WhatsApp), and educational courses through the Academy. The service is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment and is not for emergencies. Please check with your doctor before changing your diet if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Results

Results mentioned on the site are estimates and vary from person to person depending on commitment, health and lifestyle. We do not guarantee a specific result.

Subscriptions and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and payments are processed by Stripe.
Monthly subscriptions (or multi-month plans, depending on the package) renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to the same payment method until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time by messaging us; renewal stops at the end of the paid period.
Intensive programs and challenges are a one-time payment covering the length shown on the program page.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy published on the site.

Sessions and bookings

Sessions are booked through the booking link in your account, up to the number included in your plan each month. Please tell us in advance if you need to reschedule; unused sessions do not carry over to the next month.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password private. Plans and course content are for your personal use and may not be copied, shared or resold.

Intellectual property

All site, plan and course content, including text, images and video, belongs to us and is protected. It may not be used without written permission.

Liability

We provide the service with professional care, but we are not responsible for harm resulting from not following recommendations, withholding health information, or using the service in place of medical care.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. We may update them from time to time; updates apply from the date they are published. Contact: info@safaa.health.
